At the recent AGM of the International Union of Aerospace Insurers (IUAI) in Bengaluru in June 2015, as part of the product liability panel, we gave a presentation of the future new technologies within the SES (Single European Sky-SESAR programme) and the capabilities of these technologies to change the current allocation of risk and liabilityamong the various operators in the aviation sector.
